The Story
Hi, my name is Natalie and I created this site. The idea of a celebrity charity cookbook came about a year ago, when I was going about my business, cooking in a nice restaurant in my hometown. One day, a 5y old kid came to my doorstep and asked for a piece of bread. Needless to say, I cooked him a nice lunch. After that, he said that there are many more kids like him out there and almost immediately, I thought "How about creating a cookbook that would feed them all?"
That's how this charity project was born.
Although I can't feed all the hungry kids out there (sad, but true), there's no reason not to try. But instead of creating just another cookbook, I decided to do more. My goal was to create the greatest cookbook ever written. A cookbook that would include signature dishes from top chefs. A cookbook that would be so great no one could resist to get it.
Hold on to your hats, chefs.
So I went on Twitter and other food-related destinations and asked top chefs from around the globe to help me creating this book. While I knew that some of them would respond, I couldn't believe there were so many who wanted to participate in this noble endeavour. Now, the book is almost finished and when it sees the light of the day, it will be the largest collection of unique recipes from celebrity chefs ever made.
Wait, I'm not done yet.
Even more, the book also contains an ever-growing collection of exclusive discounts from local grocery and kitchen supply stores and my own healthy home cooking course that can turn any novice cook into a real home chef in no time. So, the book grew into a complete home cooking experience that will transform lives of good people like you.
